Your
wedding ceremony should be personal and reflect your own
requirements.
I provide a large selection of readings and vows, which
you can use as they are, change them or even include your
own contribution. Poetry and song lyrics are an excellent
source of inspiration.
Couples
are encouraged to provide input into the composing of their
own ceremony and also the events and readings within the
ceremony. Such things as candle lighting or hand binding
can be included in any ceremony.
Music
also plays a part in creating the right atmosphere for your
ceremony, for this you can consider having a singer, musician
at the ceremony or I can provide a compact disc/tape player
for your selection of recorded music.
Most
Wedding Ceremonies last approximately 20 to 30 minutes,
which would include the signing of certificates. However
as you have unlimited input into the composition of the
ceremony, you can make the ceremony as long or short as
you like. I will provide you with a memento booklet of your
wedding ceremony as well as que cards for readers to use
during the ceremony.
Venues
for Wedding Ceremonies can be wide and varied, parks, gardens,
home, restaurant, beach, resort, the possibilities are only
limited by your imagination.
PROCESS:
Upon receipt of your enquiry,
I will provide you with an introduction letter and a booklet
of ceremony suggestions together with a Notice Of Intended
Marriage. You should complete this form then return it to
me with booking fee. (Notice Of Intended Marriage must be
completed and lodged at least one full calendar month before
the date of the ceremony).
A
ceremony is selected at your leisure using the ceremony
suggestion booklet or using your own contribution. Your
selection is made and returned to me. I will then compile
the ceremony and provide you with a completed copy for your
approval. A pre-ceremony meeting with you both will be arranged
approximately one to two weeks before your wedding. At this
meeting I will discuss with you the final arrangements and
the agenda of the ceremony. Also you will need to provide
me with identification for both parties either, original
certificate of birth or an original extract of an entry
of birth in an official register. Should either of you have
been previously married I would also require to sight evidence
of termination of the last marriage such as Death Certificate
or Decree Absolute.
Your
wedding day will be one of the most precious days that you
will experience. I will be honored be able to provide you
with a ceremony, which is both personal and memorable.
